Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We will refund or exchange contemporary items you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Archive offerings are final sale and cannot be returned. Any sale items at or above 11% discount are to be considered final sale. 

Please return items unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached. If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then the item(s) will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given. If your refund is approved, then the refund will be processed and will be applied to the original payment method within 2 working days.

Note: all of our archive items are of the highest quality pre-owned, we inspect the garments for flaws, if a garment has any flaws we will state that in the description and price will always be reflective. All items have been steamed, and some may have a degree of ‘wear’, which means the overall feeling of the material may not feel like new. Many of our pieces have been stored by collectors. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

All orders placed will be lodged typically in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday are lodged if DHL priority express if this option is selected. Sunday orders will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise at checkout. We are unable to offer signature waiver for orders with a value greater than or equal to $750 due to DHL requirements.

CUSTOMS & DUTY TAXES

We are aware that some countries have high import/duty fees, we don't want you to pay any extra fees. If this is a concern please send us an email to hello@tyija.love for further information.
