Knitted corsets from towards the end of Manfred's creative reins at the Mugler house in the early 2000s when the millennium influenced a tweak in his designs to better suit the era. This corset is made of an acrylic blend in which has a metallic filament within the fabric (not shown due to studio flash) giving it a sparkle in the light. There are corset bone stilts to give integral structure when worn, yet flexibility to enable the wearer to layer the garment over the top of an existing garment for styling. Made in Japan.
