This is clearly apparent in this garment as the milkmaids are in the floral pattern. The silhouette of the skirt creates a mermaid-like shape with flaring at the hems which is exaggerated with the use of the harness straps wrapped around to cinch in further and restrict movement. Depending on your body type, the skirt can be worn as a dress when pulled up with the buttons opened and is held by the harness after adjustment. Featuring raw hems the will naturally fray.
