The former Miyake Design Studio freelance designer who was renowned for his limitless driven innovative textile approach to design specifically experimenting in the concept of Shibori. This concept had been consistently explored every single season in various ways as the designer experiments with different applications in creating a new silhouette, texture and reinvigorating shibori in a modern contemporary approach. This particular garment is a sunflower yellow with the underlying burgundy red and can quite possibly be worn inside out. The garment is made by hand by a transfer print process and is irregular in nature. The garment flat is completely 2D and is ideal for travelling due to its resistance to wrinkling despite its wrinkled nature. Made in Japan
